Hello everyone, I'm Bill Leighty.  My wife Bonnie and I bought our home here at Central Park in the summer in the summer of 2012.  I love this community so much, that I regularly contribute my time volunteering as project manager for a number of on-going projects at Central Park, including Landscaping Maintenance and Installation, exterior painting and many other improvements.  I also decided to develop a Central Park Residences page on my website: http://www.billleighty.com/central-park-residences/ to provide resources to those thinking of buying or selling here.  Admittedly, I don't know much about community forums, but I wanted to kick-start this one and invite others to join the discussion.  I'm hopeful we can create a discussion archive that will help us build community, engage in discussions, and socialize with other owners/residents.  If you have any skills or experience in managing or moderation community forums and would like to help out, please send me a message, as I need all the help I can get.  Thanks,
