     The Client Satisfaction Survey is a symbol of our never ending effort to offer best service possible
 

     Several years ago, we attended a seminar where a speaker told about his experience asking clients to evaluate his performance and rate the quality of his service. We liked the concept so well that we immediately implemented a similar program.
 

     It works like this. Whether we are working with Buyers, or Sellers, on each transaction, we send the survey to our clients a couple of weeks after the closing. We ask them to rate our effectiveness in eight different areas and then make additional comments about the service they received if they wish. The purpose is to help us determine if we are living up to our own standards and expectations.
     The benefit to you, is this..... Knowing that we will be sending you this form, and knowing that we are sensitive to criticisms and want and need a high rating, will make us want to perform during the listing and closing period with such care that Buyers and Sellers will feel that we deserve that high rating. The benefit to us is that if we are successful, we can proudly display the results of your survey to new clients who are looking for a real estate professional that they can count on and trust.
